Welcome to CTRL NODE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CTRL NODE website, control plane, hosted application and the open-source Bridge software (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
CTRL NODE is a visual control plane that lets you orchestrate OpenClaw agents using n8n-style
pipelines and a Kanban board. The Service consists of the hosted control plane at
app.ctrlnode.ai and the self-hosted Bridge published at
github.com/ctrlnode-ai/ctrlnode.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account and for any activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Upload, transmit or generate malicious code, spam or abusive content.
- Attempt to probe, scan or compromise the security of the Service or of any third party.
- Interfere with other customers' use of the Service.
4. Your content and data
You retain all rights to the prompts, code, pipelines, task definitions, memory and any other content you or your agents generate or provide through the Service ("Your Content"). CTRL NODE is designed around a zero-storage principle: the Bridge runs inside your infrastructure and sensitive payloads are not persisted on our servers beyond what is strictly required to coordinate execution.
You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to use it with the Service.
5. Open-source Bridge
The Bridge and related reference code are published under the licence stated in the GitHub repository. Your use of that code is governed by that licence, in addition to these Terms when used in conjunction with the hosted Service.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example, OpenClaw-compatible runtimes and infrastructure you connect yourself). We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Availability and changes
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; the revised version becomes effective when posted at this URL.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTRL NODE and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the country in which CTRL NODE is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Contact
